Tim Fraser - President & Co-Founder

Tim has specialized in the placement of construction professionals for almost thirty years. Tim has built an outstanding reputation as the "go-to" person in this field because he is active in the construction community and prides himself on being knowledgeable of current developments, particularly those that relate to employment. He is frequently consulted for his opinions on construction staffing. Tim has developed this reputation by committing himself to client service.

Tim co-founded CRI over 20 years ago and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Since he founded the firm, CRI has successfully placed over 3,000 construction professionals. Under the direction of Tim, CRI has grown to be the dominant search firm in the construction niche. CRI was recently ranked the 11th largest executive search firm in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal (this ranking includes search firms in all disciplines). Tim is currently an active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).

Tim received a bachelor's degree in business from the University of New Hampshire and resides in Watertown, Massachusetts.


Thomas Quinn

Tom joined CRI in 1996 as a recruiter and was promoted to Partner in the fall of 2005. Prior to joining CRI, Tom worked as a construction recruiter for seven years giving him over 25 years of experience in construction staffing. Throughout his career, Tom has been very successful in recruiting and placing all levels of construction personnel with many of the ENR's Top 100 General and Sub-Contractors.

Tom's responsibilities include client service as well as training and managing recruiters within CRI in the Mid-Atlantic and New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia regions.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton in 1986 and resides in Hingham, Massachusetts.

Peter Moorman

Peter joined the CRI team in 1999 – giving him over 16+ years of experience. His focus has been working in the New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia market. Peter's abilities earned him a promotion to Vice President in 2004 and Partner in 2005.

Peter's responsibilities include providing direction to CRI's New York recruiting team, maintaining and creating client relationships, and monitoring construction market trends and conditions. As well as taking on a role in Strategic planning..

Peter received his Bachelor's Degree from Tri-State University in 1998. He currently resides in Acton, MA with his wife and 3 children.

Jonathan Factor

Jon joined CRI early in 1998 giving him over 14 years with the firm. Jon's hard work and dedication and his endless energy to client service earned him numerous promotions, culminating in his earning the title of Vice President after four years with CRI.

Jon is responsible for CRI's New England recruiting team. He is a hands-on manager who, in addition to leading a recruiting team, likes to personally be involved in the delivery of outstanding client service.

Jon received his Bachelor's Degree from Bentley College in 1994 and resides in Canton, Massachusetts with his wife and 3 children.

Tyler Besner

Tyler joined CRI in 2011 as a member of the New York Team. His hard work and results earned him a quick promotion and he is currently a Senior Recruiter with the group.

Tyler is responsible for recruiting and managing new candidates as well as sourcing new clients. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University in 2010. He currently resides in Boston.

Tami Elaine Prince

Tami joined CRI in 2011 and is a Senior Recruiter on our New York team. She has been focused on relationship building and sales since 2001. Her primary responsibilities include recruiting top talent for the New York/New Jersey market, maintaining quality relationships, as well as sourcing and managing select clients.

In addition to Tami's recruiting abilities, her background in Fine Arts has been utilized at CRI as our Creative Director. She provided creative direction for CRI's site rebuild, office renovation and is leading CRI's social media marketing efforts.

Tami received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 2001 from Virginia Intermont College. She currently resides in North Beverly.

Danielle Poole

Danielle joined Commonwealth Resources in January 2013 as a member of the New York Team. With no prior recruiting experience, she was able to learn quickly, stay focused and has consequently been promoted twice. Danielle is currently a Senior Recruiter. She has a direct, personal & efficient approach to recruiting that both candidates and clients respond well to. Finding the right fit, not the fast fit is important to her.

Danielle is responsible for recruiting and managing new candidates as well as sourcing new clients. She received her Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2009. She currently resides in Boston.

Jenna Marks

Jenna joined Commonwealth Resources Inc. in August of 2010 and is a Senior Recruiter on the Boston/New England team. Having joined the team with no prior recruiting experience, her past experiences and genuine interest in the construction industry proved beneficial as she was quickly promoted within six months of her employment. Jenna takes great pride in getting to know her candidates interests and career aspirations and uses this knowledge to her advantage in locating the perfect job.

Jenna plays a large role in not only recruiting candidates for the Boston market, but also handles all of CRI's internal hiring. She has become a great asset to our company as a whole.

She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Social Psychology. She currently resides in Marshfield.
